Modded in-house by 1929, we've got a recent Epiphone Masterbilt Zenith in a really tasty ambered natural finish. We've put it through our acoustic treatment, including a new full rosewood bridge fit to the top, a classic Epiphone Frequensator tailpiece, a custom 1929 pickguard in a special cream vintage pearl celluloid. We've also removed all the electronics and covered the battery box hole at the base of the guitar (near the endpin) with a matching custom made celluloid cap. We also gave it a good setup, nice polish to a shine (these are satin from the factory), and a good dash of our secret 1929 sauce. Optimum acoustic performance! You can FEEL this guitar when you play it. Includes a hardcase!
This is a USED guitar that has been modified. This one is in particularly nice condition, with very few scratches or dings in the finish, if any. I buy, modify, and sell these Masterbilts and I hold back the guitars with the most acoustic potential to sell as purely acoustic instruments, while others get an electric conversion. Every acoustic Archtop we modify and sell will be the best sounding example of that model available anywhere New or Used, guaranteed. No one can open up and unlock a new Archtop like we can! Take it to the bank!
