These uniquely shaped guards were used on some very early Gibson L-5P (later renamed L-5C) models, often in a cream pearloid material. I can make a pearloid one if you'd prefer; just send me a message. These guards are a dark tortoiseshell acrylic material with 5-ply White and Black binding. They are made from a direct tracing of a vintage factory Gibson pickguard. I can also cut any pickup slots at your request for a fee.
